3c Pink (64). Bright color, trace of oxidation at left, tied by bold target cancel, matching "Marietta O. Sep. 16, 1861" double-circle datestamp on "Uncle Sam sends his Bird after Traitor Jeff" cartoon cover to Lower Salem O., manuscript "Oh don't let him go never" commentary reinforces the caricature's message, reduced at bottom and missing part of address, stamp with repair at upper right, still an extremely rare design worthy of restoration
