Bank Note Issue Covers (162, 184). Two covers, first No. 162 used with No. 157, tied by multiple strikes of Star in Circle, "Petersburg Va. Aug. 1" circular datestamp (likely 1874), on registered cover to Forkland Va., some faults and backflap partly missing, otherwise Fine and rare use which likely pays the 8c registry fee plus double the 3c letter rate, second franked with No. 184, pen-cancelled and tied by target, manuscript "Childers Station CN 4-3-79" postmark and "Official Business" on cover to Tahlequah C.N., crossed out and forwarded to Fort Gibson C.N., opened roughly at right but stamp and writing unaffected, couple small stains, Fine and scarce cover showing markings or addresses of three different Cherokee Nation locations
