Apr. 30" circular datestamp on orange cover to local street address, "Steamboat" and "Due 1" in circle handstamps, slight edgewear, Very Fine and unusual, this cover was marked due 1c to pay the difference between postage affixed and the 2c steamboat captain's fee plus 2c for local delivery, ex Foote and Eubanks
