3c Rose (65). Bright color, tied by unusual large "Fish Bones" fancy cancel, "Norfolk Va. Jul. 4, 1865" double-circle datestamp on cover to Philadelphia, Very Fine, an attractive cover, this is a very rare cancel and we have described it as we see it, but not subject to return because of a different visual interpretation by an expert committee ("Pine Tree", "Leaf" etc. etc.)
