3c Dull Red, Ty. III (26). Rich color, pre-use tear, tied by "Newville Pa. Jan. 23" circular datestamp on Gabriel's' American Line illustrated cover to Shippensburg Pa., missing part of bottom flap, some slight edgewear, tear in stamp, overall Very Fine appearance, a very unusual design showing locomotives being pulled by a cow and a pig, "U-G-H-! U-G-H-!" inscription and satirical advertising slogan "Connecting with all parts of Europe, Asia, Africa, America & Perry Co. [Pennsylvania]"
