Rich color, used with two 1c Blue (63) and tied by indistinct circular datestamps on cover to South Onondaga N.Y., with original enclosure dated "Huntsburg March 15, 1864", manuscript "Due 1" at top, barely reduced at right, top 1c small tears and soiling, otherwise Very Fine, an unusual attempted use of the demonetized 1c 1857 stamp with two valid 1c 1861's in 1864, this was treated as partly paid
