Paid All Feb. 9, 1872" circular datestamp on cover to Cincinnati O., magenta "San Francisco Paid All Feb. 19" circular datestamp also ties stamp, receiving backstamp, minor wear, Fine, the recipient, C. F. Adams, was a stamp dealer, this is the earliest reported use to a stamp dealer from Hawaii
