15c Columbian (238). Tied by "World's Fair Station , Chicago, Oct. 30 4PM 1893" machine cancel on 3c Green Centennial entire with Columbus bust in half-dollar coin design to J. A. Pierce in Chicago, fresh and Very Fine, the recipient was a well-known stamp dealer who created a large number of postal souvenirs for collectors, one of the first to do so
