Transit Jul. 8 (1876)" exchange datestamp on up-rated 1c Postal Card (UX5) to famed stamp dealer J. B. Moens in Brussels, Belgium, Brussels receiving backstamp, written side states "I do not want any more engravings of Russian Locals. I only want the Government Official issues.", Very Fine, Moens is regarded as the first stamp dealer and is also famous as an early philatelic journalist, he was the key figure in detailing the early history of the Post Office Mauritius stamps and was deeply involved with the stamps discovered by Madame Borchard in the late 1860s
