Unused, with top flap of wrapper, 55 x 46mm, intense color and impression, light horizontal creases just above design not mentioned on accompanying certificateVERY FINE APPEARANCE. AN EXTREMELY RARE EXAMPLE OF THE 2-CENT VERMILION ON MANILA ISSUE. ONE OF THE GREAT RARITIES OF POSTAL STATIONERY COLLECTING.
