Mint N.H. pair with full imprint at bottom, characteristic pastel color, wide to clear margins, the right stamp nicely centered, natural gum bends almost totally confined to selvage, few perf separationsFINE-VERY FINE. AN EXTREMELY RARE MINT NEVER-HINGED IMPRINT PAIR OF THE 12-CENT 1894 BUREAU NEWSPAPER ISSUE.
A Power Search review found a couple of hinged imprint blocks, but not a single Mint N.H. stamp.
