Left imprint, star and plate no. 5523 block of six, bottom four stamps Mint N.H., top pair lightly hinged, deep rich color and detailed impression, vertical crease in selvage outside of the imprint and plate no.FINE-VERY FINE. AN EXCEEDINGLY RARE PLATE BLOCK OF THE 1910 3-CENT SINGLE-LINE WATERMARK POSTAGE DUE ISSUE. THIS IS THE FIRST UNUSED BLOCK WE HAVE OFFERED SINCE KEEPING COMPUTERIZED RECORDS.
A review on Power Search did not find any unused multiples, except for the block offered in the previous lot. We have not even offered an unused pair since keeping computerized records. The only other multiple in Power Search is a used block of four.
