Bottom imprint and plate no. block of six with narrow selvage (number partly visible, possibly 4938), top stamps Mint N.H., bottom stamps lightly hinged, vibrant color on deeply blued paper, top center stamp small natural inclusion, few perf separations at bottomFINE. A SCARCE PLATE BLOCK OF THE 6-CENT ON BLUISH PAPER.
