With 2011 P.S.E. certificate (Gem 100; unpriced in SMQ above the grade of 98, SMQ $4,950.00 as 98). This is the highest grade awarded and has been equaled by no others. The 1916-17 Perf 10 Unwatermarked Issue (Scott 462-480) is difficult to obtain in the higher grades.
