Intense "Lipstick Red" color on bright fresh paper, perfectly balanced Jumbo margins, clear strike of target cancel, Extremely Fine Gem, a huge stamp, with 2007 P.S.E. certificate (XF-Superb 95 Jumbo; SMQ $200.00 as 95, $600.00 as 98), only two have graded higher and none share this grade
