Almost mathematically perfect centering with Jumbo margins, vivid color, face-free corner strike of Washington D.C. oval cancel, Extremely Fine Gem, a superb stamp in every respect, with 2007 P.F. and 2008 P.S.E. certificates (Superb 98 Jumbo; unpriced in SMQ above the grade of 98, SMQ $175.00 as 98), this is the only used example in the P.S.E. Population Report, used Official stamps are almost never encountered in this superior quality
