Jumbo margins with portions or traces of all ten adjoining stamps, fresh color, neat wavy-line machine cancel, Extremely Fine Gem, a superb used pair, with 1991, 1992 and 2005 P.F. certificates, with 2010 P.S.E. certificate (Gem 100 Jumbo; multiples unpriced in SMQ), this is the only used pair to achieve this ultimate grade, collectors should not confuse the wide availability of earlier engraved Washington-Franklin imperforate multiples in unused condition, many of which have been cut up to create Jumbo singles and pairs, with the availability of offset imperforates, which are scarce as large used multiples
