Gorgeous centering with unusually wide and balanced margins, bright shade, neat circular datestamp and light purple cancels, Extremely Fine Gem, a surprisingly difficult issue to obtain in such choice used condition, with 2011 P.F. and 2010 P.S.E. certificates (Superb 98; SMQ $400.00), this is the highest grade awarded and the only example to achieve this grade
