3c Rose, A. Grill (79). Clear grill but with mostly intact perfs, light strike of target cancel, choice centering, 1980 and 2010 P.F. certificates both call the stamp genuine, with most recent certificate stating "color slightly faded", 2009 P.S.E. certificate which no longer accompanies states "genuine used with two short perfs to the left and reperfed at top", still Extremely Fine appearance -- the "faded" opinion is off base, in our opinion, because Scott 79's always have color affected by the all-over grill -- ex Senchuk
