Intense color in the Black Brown shade, beautifully centered, cork cancel, couple barely nibbed perfs at lower left (not even mentioned on certificates), still Extremely Fine, with 2006 P.F. and 2000 P.S.E. certificates, the P.S.E. certificate with "U-97 XF/S" grade, these early grades are not listed in the P.S.E. Population Report, which records a 98 and a 90J as the top two grades for a used stamp
