(Skinner-Eno NS-J21), Extremely Fine Gem, a superb stamp, with 2010 P.F. and 2007 P.S.E. certificates (Superb 98; SMQ $475.00 as normal cancel), only ten P.S.E. certified stamps have equaled this grade with any type of cancel while just one has graded higher (offered in lot 3110)
