Ex Klein. This stamp was on a cover to Albany N.Y. when last offered to the market and the cover accompanies. With 1961, 2000 and 2009 P.F. certificates as on cover. With 2009 P.S.E. certificate (XF 90; SMQ $8,500.00). Only one example has graded higher (at 95) and this is the only example to achieve this grade
