Almost mathematically precise centering with Jumbo margins, unusually wide at top and bottom, rich color, light town cancel, Extremely Fine Gem, a gorgeous stamp, with 1999, 2005 P.F. (as Dull Red) and 2006 P.S.E. certificates (Superb 98 Jumbo; SMQ $650.00 as 98 in Dull Red shade, unpriced in higher grade or in this better shade), this is the highest grade awarded and it is shared by only one other which is offered in lot 3072
