5c Netherlands, Reverse Printing of Flag Colors -- Dark Rose & Blue Over Black (913a). Wide margins, brilliant colors, light strike of Dec. 15, 1943 circular datestamp, small spot at lower left (either toned spot or inclusion) not mentioned on accompanying certificate, Very Fine and scarce, this is the first we have offered since keeping computerized records and the Philatelic Foundation has only certified one used example, with 2006 A.P.S. certificate, listed but unpriced in Scott in any condition
