AN EXTREMELY RARE JOINT LINE MULTIPLE OF THE 1923 2-CENT COIL IN THE CARMINE LAKE SHADE. THIS IS PROBABLY UNIQUE WITH THE PLATE NUMBER. A PHENOMENAL RARITY OF THE ISSUE.
