2c Carmine, Rotary, Perf 11 (595). Deep rich color and detailed impression, well-proportioned margins, neat strike of Wyoming oval registry cancel, fresh and Extremely Fine, unlike its cousin, Scott 579, this issue was perforated in both directions on flat plate perforating machines that were not intended for use with the slightly different size stamps produced on the rotary printing press, so this is a difficult issue to obtain with such choice centering (only three have graded over 85 to date), with 1992 P.F. certificate
