Gorgeous centering with wide and balanced margins, deep rich color on bright paper, neat strike of 1924 duplex cancel, long and full perforations all around, Extremely Fine Gem, a superb stamp in every respect, the earliest documented use is November 7, 1923 and having a contemporary yeardate so clearly visible is a wonderful bonus, with 1990 P.F. certificate
