THIS IS THE FINEST USED EXAMPLE OF THE 1917 ONE-CENT GREEN WITH A DOUBLE IMPRESSION. ONLY SEVEN USED EXAMPLES ARE RECORDED IN OUR CENSUS. A PHENOMENAL RARITY.

The recent trend has been to recertify some as kiss prints and not true double impressions, so this number may be revised downward as others are reexamined.
