10c Panama-Pacific, Perf 10 (404). Vivid color as fresh as the day it was printed, crisp paper, choice centering with wide and balanced margins, Brooklyn N.Y. "G.P.O." oval registry cancel, Extremely Fine Gem, this issue is surprisingly difficult to find in the higher grades in used condition, the owner spent considerable time trying to find a suitable stamp for the collection, with 2002 P.S.E. certificate (XF-Superb 95; SMQ $470.00), only two have graded higher to date and four others share this grade
