1c Ultramarine (212). Beautiful centering with Jumbo margins all around, radiant color, neat strike of New York oval registry cancel, Extremely Fine Gem, a phenomenal stamp in every respect and a stamp of massive proportions, with 1999 P.F. and 2009 P.S.E. certificates (XF-Superb 95 Jumbo; SMQ $135.00 as 95, $390.00 as 98), only one has graded higher to date (at 98J) and only two others share this grade (which is the next-highest awarded), we are surprised this did not grade higher -- the 98 Jumbo was offered in our Sale 959 and the stamp offered here compares very favorably to that one
