Jumbo margins all around, radiant color beautifully complemented by blue crossroads cancel struck at upper right which leaves portrait and denomination clearly visible, Extremely Fine Gem, with 2007 P.S.E. certificate (XF 90 Jumbo; SMQ $42.00 as 90, $185.00 as 95), it appears that P.S.E. did not add points for eye appeal as specified in their grading guide
