Tied by target on cover to Akron O., also with "Akron O. 9 Sep." double-circle datestamp and "ADVERTISED" handstamp, with original enclosure which includes "Glad that I skaddled from war. I live happy and free and I have my meals three times a day and a good bed to sleep. Money or not I will stay in Canada", cover slightly reduced at right and minor wear, stamp with tiny tear and light corner crease, still Very Fine, a rare draft-dodger letter, typed transcript accompanies
