3c 1851-57 Cover Balance. Two covers, first No. 10A, blue Circle of Hearts fancy cancel with matching Toledo O. circular datestamp on turned cover to Norwalk O., second use with manuscript "10" for treaty rate to Port Rowan, Canada West, blue "Ud. States" in arc handstamp, stamp color slightly affected from being inside the turned cover, cleaned and side flap reattached, still a Fine and desirable turned cover with the Toledo fancy cancel and cross-border use, with 2011 P.F. certificate, second cover two 1c Blue, Ty.
