Apr. 4, 74" double-circle datestamp on legal-size cover front only (small part of side flap remains) to Philadelphia, "U.S. Department of Justice, Official Business" imprint, Very Fine and scarce, while not a full cover still quite desirable with the stamp so clearly tied, ex Seybold with his backstamp, Scott Retail for full cover $1,750.00
