Used with 5c Blue (504) and two 1c Documentary paying the WW I Parcel Post tax, all tied by Hartford Conn. ovals on parcel tag from the Roto Co. in Hartford, with perforated "Textile Exposition" adhesive label, reverse with soiling and few minor stamp flaws, Fine appearing and scarce use of the 24c Jenny on a parcel tag
