Tied by "Chicago Ill. ? 1910 Kinzie Sta." machine cancel on large cover to Wauwatosa Wis., company control perforations in the 3x3 pattern with pins missing from pos. 4 and 7, or "Pattern 47", identified in the Belasco book as originating from the Ohio Electric Company and described as uncommon off-cover and extremely rare on cover (p. 45), cover with heavy central fold and edge wear, still Fine appearing and rare properly used on cover
