Gorgeous centering, pretty shade, neat wavy-lines cancel, Extremely Fine Gem, a superb stamp in every respect, with 2012 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98; unpriced in SMQ above the grade of 95, SMQ $90.00 as 95), this is the highest grade awarded to date and the only example to achieve this grade, the rotary press combination perf issues are extremely difficult to find with superior centering
