Rich color, neat strike of hollow star fancy cancel, typical irregular perfs, Fine, with 2006 P.S.E. certificate (G30) which states "several perf faults top and left", knowledgeable collectors will recognize this as normal condition for the overall grill, the example offered here is far less "faulty" than the vast majority seen
