3c Dull Red, Ty. III, Diagonal Bisect (26 var). Bottom right diagonal half, used with complete stamp and tied by "Washington D.C. Apr. ?6" circular datestamp on small piece, left stamp small toned spot at bottom left and some trimmed perfs, still Fine and very unusual, ex Shonaker, with 2012 P.F. certificate as a genuine bisect but declining opinion as to what the rate represented (possibly a carrier fee), Scott Catalogue does not list a bisect for this issue, offered on its own merits
