Plate Proofs on Card, Envelopes, Officials. Twelve envelopes which originally contained card proofs for Official and Newspaper stamps (no proofs enclosed), including all Departments less Post Office plus an extra Interior, also a smaller format envelope for Agriculture labeled "India Proof Specimens", Newspapers labeled 1865 and 1874, a couple Departments with small flaws and both Newspaper envelopes faulty, most are fresh and Very Fine, these are far scarcer today than the proofs they once contained
