2c Brown, Plate Proof on India (113P3). Two items, bottom margin strip of four with double plate no. 4 and arrow, large margins other sides, rich color, minor bend at top right and lightly creased between the pairs where once folded (most likely the whole sheet was folded in half prior to separating), also block of four in a distinctly different shade than the strip, clear to large margins, Very Fine and desirable, the strip is a rare position piece which originates from the bottom of the sheet of 300 and straddled the two panes of 150, Scott Retail with no premium for the strip format or the plate numbers
