Apr. 16" balloon-style circular datestamp, minor bend and wrinkle, few minor perf flaws, otherwise Very Fine, an attractively-cancelled and very scarce block of four of this better type, we found only one other block of the 3c Ty. IV in Power Search, which coincidentally comes from the same plate positions as this block
