Unusually choice centering for this difficult issue, intense shade and proof-like impression, light strike of circular datestamp and also with red "19" credit handstamp at lower rightEXTREMELY FINE GEM. A SUPERB USED EXAMPLE OF THE 12-CENT 1857 ISSUE FROM PLATE 1. A DIFFICULT STAMP TO FIND IN SUCH SUPERB CONDITION.
