Slightly cut in with framelines mostly complete on three sides, uncancelled as usual, appears to be genuinely used on beautiful embossed Valentine cover to Miss Jane Case, but accompanying P.F. certificate declines opinion on usage, no street address but delivered in Brooklyn, small closed tear at bottom of stamp is all but undetectable, slight light diagonal bend in stamp, original gum visible thru lace pattern of cover, Very Fine appearance, only nine covers and two fronts are recorded in our census, including the example offered here, with 2002 P.F. certificate, Scott Retail as used, off-cover
