12c Agriculture, "Sepcimen" Error (O6Sa). Vibrant shade, perfs clear all around with wide margin at left, stain at left from small clumsy repair, which replaces a piece of the edge approx. 4mm long and 1mm wide (a small bit of skilled restoration would significantly improve the appearance), Fine appearing and extremely rare, only a small handful are known, with 2011 P.F. certificate
