3c Dull Red, Ty. II (11A). Position 1L1L with large top left corner sheet margins, tied by "Brattleboro Vt. Sep. 16" circular datestamp on forwarded 3c Red Nesbitt entire with red "Nesbitt N.Y." seal on back, cover originated in South Woodstock with red "South Woodstock Vt. Sept. 16" circular datestamp, date in ms., sent to Brattleboro where 3c adhesive was affixed and forwarded back to South Woodstock, stamp removed to reveal markings and mounted at top of cover, Very Fine, a beautiful stamp and nice usage
