3c Orange Brown, Ty. II, Part India Paper (10A var). Position 56L1E, margins ample to clear, rich color, neat strike of small "Paid" grid and trace of red Boston integral-rate circular datestamp at left, tiny tear at bottom right, accompanied by small piece from which it originated as well as two additional stamps, one on very thin but not Part India paper for comparison (10A, small fault), normal 11A, Very Fine appearance, scarce variety seen only from Plate 1E, ex Wagshal, each with a note from Dr. Amonette and with 2011 P.F. certificate
