A HIGHLY COLLECTIBLE EXAMPLE OF THE EXTREMELY RARE 1899 4-CENT BROWN DIE 103 ON WHITE ENTIRE. POSSIBLY ONLY TWO ENTIRES IN THIS SIZE ARE KNOWN. THIS WAS LISTED AT A HIGHER VALUE THAN THE SIZE 10 ENVELOPE IN AN OLDER STATIONERY CATALOG.
