VERY FINE APPEARANCE. THE 60-CENT 1894 UNWATERMARKED BUREAU NEWSPAPER ISSUE IS ONE OF THE RAREST OF ALL NEWSPAPER STAMPS. ONLY SEVENTEEN UNUSED AND THREE USED ARE CONTAINED IN OUR RECORDS.
