Mint N.H., mathematically perfect centering, bright color, long and full perforations, Extremely Fine Gem, a phenomenal stamp in every respect, it is far more difficult to obtain this design in the Rotary Press printing offered here (as opposed to Flat Plate, Scott No. 566), with 2011 P.S.E. certificate (Gem 100; unpriced in SMQ above the grade of 98, SMQ $290.00 as 98), this is the highest grade awarded to date and the only example to achieve this grade
